Beach stairs back!  Enjoy and have a great summer!

We are filling in missing outdoor furniture and working to get the planters looking beautiful this summer!

Spring painting and shingle work will start on April 15th.   

Work on replacing the flat roof over unit 5 and over unit 3 will commence this spring.

Roof at 488 Commercial has been completed!  Looks amazing and we are good for another 50 years!

Miller Built a beautiful gate for the top of the stairs!
