FAQ

The Bayshore beach area is a common space for all to enjoy!    Please make sure you take all your personal items and return as you found when you leave.

Pets should be on leash at all times and should not relieve themselves on the plants, flowers, grass or sand beach area at Bayshore.    Please pick up after your pet.

For units that have deeded parking spaces, please ensure you are parked within the limits of your space, so other residents have adequate access to their spaces.

We ask that contractors work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to allow fellow residences to enjoy the peace of Bayshore!  Please let L/H management company know if you are planning any work in your unit.

Signs, banners, and decorations on the outside of the units is prohibited.

Bayshore annual meeting is the 3rd Sunday in November.
